福建省百千万人才工程省级人选,“闽江学者”特聘教授,福建省(引进)高层次人才,泉州市高层次人才,硕士研究生导师。长期从事食品科学、生物与医药领域研究,先后主持和参与各类项目30余项,在国内外专业期刊发表论文90余篇,授权专利20余项。获中国商业联合会科学技术进步奖二等奖、福建省科学技术进步奖三等奖、福建省食品科学技术学会优秀论文奖二等奖、中国天然植物化妆品产业论坛论文奖一等奖等奖项。中国化学会会员,中国食品科学技术学会会员,《Food Hydrocolloids》《Food Chemistry》《Food & Function》《食品科学》《中成药》等10余个国内外期刊审稿人。指导研究生获得国家研究生奖学金3人次,江南大学食品学院金龙鱼奖学金、康师傅奖学金各1人次。参与指导本课生获第十、九届盼盼食品杯烘焙食品创意大赛二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖,指导本科生获第七、六、四届福建省大学生食品创新创意大赛“蜡笔小新”、“立兴杯”、“国圣杯”、“素天下杯”一等奖、二、三等奖等奖项。
